We currently ship ONLY to the contiguous 48 States of the US.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Plants which may be depicted in planter photos are NOT included with your planter purchase.

RETURNS:
All items that are not "special order" may be returned for refund within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt to the applicable credit card — less a 30% restocking fee. Shipping & packing charges (if applicable) are not refundable and customer pays shipping charges on all returned merchandise unless defective. All returned items must be in re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Special order items may NOT be returned unless defective at the time of delivery. Please call us at 1-877-647-1782 or email us cs@AwesomePlanters.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning any purchases.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receipt so that we can make arrangements to replace the item. All damaged items MUST be documented with photographs and you MUST retain the original packaging so that the item(s) can be picked up by the shipper and returned to us prior to a replacement being sent. NO RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIRTY DAYS.

WARRANTIES:
All warranties are by the manufacturer and no other warranty is expressed or implied by Awesome Planters, Fosterplants, Inc., Interiorplantscaper.com or any other related entity.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is FREE on most planters that ship to the 48 States. Certain oversized planters and site furnishings require Freight Line shipping due to their size and/or weight and a freight quote will be provided on these special items upon receipt of your order.  Some items have Flat Rate shipping and if so, it is indicated on the product page.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS:
Many of our planters ship directly from the manufacturer. If you order multiple items, you may receive several different shipments to complete your order.

PRICES:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice

CUSTOM PAINTING:
Many of our planters are painted to order and lead time on these items is 5 to 14 business days. Once in production — 24-48 hours after order is placed, painted items will incur a 30% restocking fee if the order is canceled once it is in production.

SIZES:
All sizes are represented in inches as Length x Width x Height. Diameter dimensions always refer to exterior dimension, unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for interior dimension prior to placing your order if this is a concern.

COLORS:
Colors represented by computer monitors will vary from monitor to monitor and while we make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products, they may vary slightly from what is represented on your monitor. Additionally, colors may vary slightly from one manufactured lot to another so items ordered at various purchase intervals may exhibit slight color differentials.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be added to all orders that ship within Florida. If you are a Florida business purchasing for resale, please note this in the comments section of your order and provide a current Florida Department of Revenue Resale Certificate to us via fax 1t 305.25.9825 or  email to cs@AwesomePlanters.com. Upon verification, we will issuee a refund of the sales Tax collected on your order.

PRIVACY:
Your privacy is important to us and none of your personally identifying information will be shared with any entity other than FosterPlants, Inc., AwesomePlanters.com, Interiorplantscaper.com. or any third party needing information to fulfill an order you have placed or any law enforcement or government agency requiring information by law.

DISCOUNTS:
 Volume discounts may be available to qualified Architectural & Design Professionals. Minimum purchases apply. Please contact us at 1-877-647-1785 to discuss your volume purchase. Minimum order to be considered for a "volume purchase" is $4000.00

ERRORS & OMISSIONS:
We reserve the right to make corrections to this website at any time if any errors or omissions are detected in its content or text.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any sale for any reason at our sole discretion without explanation, and we agree to issue a FULL refund of any purchase price (including shipping and tax if applicable) within 48 hours should we exercise this option.
